Thank you very much for patronising us. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. All orders are made in line with your chosen size from measurements provided by you or standard measurements you selected from our size charts. In order to avoid complications, please kindly look at our size charts before placing orders. If, however, the order we sent to you is defective or incorrect, then an exception will be made and returns will be accepted.
An exchange will be accepted in the event of an incorrect or defective item 14 days after delivery. Please email info@toksbyjane.com to process your return/exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
